Registration obligates you or your sponsor to pay the course registration fee. All cancellation notices must be
received in writing, by emailing email@example.com. Please note that no refunds are given
for online courses. Nexus reserves the right to amend its program(s) as necessary.
University of Michigan (U-M) Program Cancellation
U-M reserves the right to amend its programs as necessary due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen events. In the event of a program cancellation, participants will be notified via email or phone and will be given the option for a full refund or to transfer their registration to another course. U-M is not responsible for costs incurred by registrants (e.g., non-refundable airfare, hotel charges, etc.). Therefore, we recommend that you purchase refundable airline tickets.
Payment must be received at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment and are accepted at the time of registration. Payment by wire transfer or check is also accepted but must be received at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program. Within 10 business days of the program start, we cannot hold spaces for participants that are not paid in full. Therefore, we highly recommend that you pay first with a credit card and then seek reimbursement from your employer. Online programs require full payment before students are given access to the program.
Withdrawal, Transfer, and Substitution
Withdrawal requests received less than 10 business days prior to the start of the program will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All withdrawals must be received in writing (via email, fax, or written correspondence). Registrants who fail to attend without advance notice are liable for the entire course fee.
One transfer is allowed per registration and must be received in writing more than 10 business days before the program start. If received less than 10 business days before the program, the one-time transfer will incur a $250 fee. For any additional transfers, students must re-enroll at the full tuition rate.
Substitutes for registrations can be accommodated for the same course and with an advance written notice at least 5 business days prior to the start of the course. In the event of illness, injury, or family emergency, exceptions to this policy can be made, and we ask that you please contact us.
After the course has been accessed or started, no refunds, transfers, or substitutions are permitted.
