I understand that the University is relying on the accuracy and truthfulness of this certification in assessing my eligibility for this program. I further understand that if any of the above information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete in an attempt to wrongly obtain admission to this program, I may be subject to severe legal and disciplinary measures, including, but not limited to, expulsion from the University.
