Customized Programs
Whether an organization seeks to enhance employee performance, sharpen the skills of managers, or keep pace with the latest technology and research, IS+D gets results by linking clients to the world-renowned faculty of the University of Michigan College of Engineering. Faculty and affiliate experts design customized training and education programs and services focused on your organization's unique needs and requirements.

A critical component of training and education programs is assessment. Working in tandem with its employer partners, IS+D strives to identify training needs for organizations before training begins, and develops educational goals and objectives that are relevant and measurable. By focusing with employers on the assessment process, IS+D is able to continuously update and improve programs and promote increased impact and efficiency in learning for both employees and their employers. In addition to noncredit training programs provided through contract training, IS+D offers graduate programs at company sites through distance education.
